Looking for an experienced Implementation or Onboarding Specialist to help shape and execute a scalable, customer onboarding and implementation experience to help drive platform adoption. Time to value, adoption, retention, and churn prevention, are the name of the game but always with the customer’s best interest at heart.

As a Data Scientist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how Roofr leverages data to drive product, customer, and business decisions. You’ll partner with Product, Growth, Finance, Marketing and Revenue teams to uncover insights, design experiments, and build models that directly impact strategy and execution. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, applying advanced analytics to solve high-impact business problems.

As a Data Analytics Manager at an early stage and high-growth company, you’ll play a critical role in turning raw data into insights that shape product decisions, drive strategy, and improve the customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited to define and execute a modern data strategy in a high-growth environment.

Within a dynamic cross-functional team, lead the evolution of backend architecture to enhance the scalability and efficiency of Roof’s systems. Be a hands-on contributor, blending strategic oversight with direct involvement in project execution. Influence the engineering culture by promoting innovation and high standards. Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with team members to refine technical requirements and drive project success.

As a Senior QA Engineer at Roofr, you will build automated tests, develop and execute test plans, and ensure software products meet high-quality standards. You will collaborate with developers and product managers and evolve into a test management-based role, guiding development teams and ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will continuously improve our development operations and support the reliability and availability of all our applications and services deployed to the cloud. Partner with various engineering teams to own and manage availability, latency, performance, reliability and scalability of all services to maintain SLAs that our customers expect from us. Provide strong technical leadership and people management to the team.
