As VP of Revenue Operations, you will architect and operate the systems, processes, and insights that power Roofr's go-to-market engine, working cross-functionally to bring discipline and clarity to how they drive revenue, enabling revenue teams to perform at their peak and positioning the company for scale. You will also define and operationalize their revenue strategy, build scalable processes, and own the GTM tech stack.
The Partner Marketing Manager will drive co-marketing and partner enablement initiatives to support the growth of Roofrβs strategic partnership channel. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer with expertise in building co-marketing programs with a wide range of different partner types, including joint campaigns, content creation, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing initiatives that engage shared audiences, and maximize pipeline growth.
Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat, seeing customer issues through to resolution. Assist customers and internal teams with inquiries, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide solutions with a focus on providing exceptional service. Track and update support tickets and activities in our CRM. Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge.
