The Clinical Consultant is a critical client-facing role within the Enterprise Platform Services division, responsible for providing strategic clinical guidance and managing pharmacy benefit operations for RxSense clients. This position bridges clinical strategy with technology solutions, supporting client formulary initiatives, utilization management, and PBM platform integration.
The Strategic Client Success Executive is the primary owner of the client relationship. This role is responsible for client retention, organic growth, and client satisfaction through building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with clients. In this capacity, the SCSE must accelerate client value by leading our long-term consultative strategy and overall client relationship to become the clientβs trusted advisor.
The Compliance Lead will establish and oversee the comprehensive compliance program infrastructure for our pharmacy benefit management operations, with specialized focus on government healthcare programs including Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and ACA marketplace plans. This high-visibility position is critical for establishing program credibility, ensuring operational integrity, and maintaining adherence to complex federal and state regulatory requirements.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our Software engineering, data engineering, product, and IT functions.
