  • Analyze trends, cost drivers, risks, and opportunities across Sana’s health plans and care model using revenue, pricing, claims, eligibility, clinical, product, and other operational data.
  • Evaluate the impact of various care programs, benefit designs, and operational initiatives on cost, utilization, and member experience; partner with stakeholders across Revenue, Finance, Care Team, Operations, and Product.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports; write production-quality SQL and analytical code; ensure metrics are accurate and aligned with shared definitions; communicate findings clearly.

$145,000–$190,000/yr

  • Own and evolve key components of Sana’s pricing, reserving, underwriting, and rate manual, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and consistency.
  • Design, build, and maintain actuarial models and tools to analyze pricing, loss ratios, reserves, and performance trends across small-group products.
  • Serve as a trusted actuarial partner across Revenue, Finance, Care Team, Operations, and Product on strategic initiatives and ambiguous problems.
