About the role:
- Support Sana members in navigating the healthcare system and accessing appropriate, cost-effective care.
- Work closely with the Care Navigation team, clinical providers, and medical assistants to coordinate referrals.
What you will do:
- Help members find providers, understand referral options, and coordinate access to healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflows to ensure a seamless member experience.
About you:
- 2+ years in a fast-paced environment with at least 1 year in care navigation, referrals, provider scheduling, or healthcare benefits.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with comfort learning new technology.
