Congregational Coach

  • The Coach will support congregations through a nine month training program.
  • The Coach will support congregational leadership teams in conducting one-on-one campaigns to clarify a vision for the congregation.
  • The Coach will support these teams in designing and implementing plans for organizing campaigns, survival strategies, and or spiritual formation.
