Open Positions
Lead the Asset Management function for a fleet of over 200 solar plants (~4 GW DC), owning commercial and financial performance. Serve as commercial lead with offtakers, utilities, O&M providers, OEMs, and financing parties. Build and develop the Asset Management team, driving strategy, KPIs, and operational excellence.

Provide engineering support across the operating fleet, resolving key technical issues and improving plant reliability. Act as a plant generalist bridging field execution, engineering analysis, and vendor engagement across the full plant. Support O&M teams with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and turnover of new projects.
