Role Overview:
- You lead Asset Management for a fleet of 200+ solar plants (~4 GW DC), owning every asset's commercial and financial performance.
- You serve as Silicon Ranch's commercial lead with offtakers, utilities, O&M providers, OEMs, and financing parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- You build and develop the Asset Management team, set strategy, KPIs, and operating cadence, and enforce contract performance.
- You manage revenue integrity, REC programs, financing obligations, and compliance reporting across the fleet.
Your Background:
- You bring 10+ years in power generation or utility-scale renewables, with 5+ in asset management or commercial operations.
- You have working knowledge of DSCR, PPA structures, SCADA, and Power BI, and lead with analytical rigor.
