Open Positions
Own the monthly close for 7–14 brewery clients: QBO, reconciliations, accruals, payroll, inventory, and final review. Be the main accounting point of contact for your clients, answering questions and delivering high-level client service. Coordinate with our Accounting Associates who handle much of the recurring bookkeeping.

Handle the day‑to‑day AP and bookkeeping work for a set of brewery clients in Bill.com and QuickBooks Online. Maintain clean, accurate QBO bank feeds by matching transactions, entering payroll, and keeping bank and POS syncs current. Support monthly close work by collecting and preparing statements and documentation for your Accountant teammates.
