  • Act as the translation layer between payments operations, compliance, and engineering to turn operational needs into prioritized requirements.
  • Own the payments roadmap, sprint planning, and define KPIs like authorization/approval rate and payment success rate.
  • Build business cases for multiprocessor routing, retry logic, and fraud-vs-conversion tradeoffs to drive systemic improvements.
