As a Customer Success Manager at Swarmia, you will be a key advocate for our customers, ensuring they achieve their goals and derive maximum value from our platform. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and driving customer engagement. Your role will be crucial in building long-term relationships, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Drive technical sales and support our revenue growth, combining technical expertise with sales/business acumen to help engineering leaders understand how Swarmia's developer productivity platform can address their challenges with data-driven engineering practices, process improvement, and engineering effectiveness. This hybrid role blends technical pre-sales support, post-sales enablement, and light-touch customer support responsibilities.
Build and lead the legal function at Swarmia in this generalist role with the opportunity to grow into broader ownership. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our approach to contracts, compliance, and risk as we scale, working closely with sales, finance, operations, and product teams, collaborating with external counsel where needed.
