Job Description
Support the VP of Sales & Customer Success in driving Swarmia’s go-to-market execution. This role is a hybrid role that blends sales operations, business analysis, and executive support. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to create leverage for leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a high-performing GTM organization operates. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to SaaS go-to-market operations and the opportunity to grow into a RevOps, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff role over time.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining Sales and CS reports and dashboards in CRM and other systems (HubSpot, Looker Studio, BigQuery, Gong and Notion), support target-setting, forecasting, and performance reporting as well as managing one-off analysis on various topics like TAM, segmentation, closed won-lost insights, sales metrics, etc.
