As a People Operations Generalist at Synthflow, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our people processes— ensuring that everything from onboarding to offboarding runs smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. You’ll be the go-to person for all things People Ops, combining hands-on execution with process improvement and automation. The work will also support the globally distributed team.

As a Sales Engineer at Synthflow, you’ll be the technical backbone of our sales organization — helping enterprise prospects understand, evaluate, and envision the impact of Synthflow’s AI phone agent solutions. You’ll combine deep technical knowledge with compelling communication and storytelling to uncover customer pain points, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate the power of our platform.
