Teramind is seeking a GTM Engineer to coordinate AI initiatives across departments, manage implementation projects, and ensure the successful adoption of AI technologies. The GTM Engineer will design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and workflows required to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs.

This is not just a typical Python role; it's about creating a scalable data platform that ensures data is queryable in under 2 seconds. The role involves architecting solutions for 10x growth, enhancing engineering effectiveness, building self-healing systems, and translating analytics needs into tangible solutions, and choosing the right technologies.
