Motive is looking for an analytical, revenue driven marketer to build creative and high impact campaigns targeting our new business Enterprise accounts. You’ll leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to generate new pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, operations to ensure alignment and impact.

As the Director of Marketing, you'll help creators build more valuable businesses by positioning our product strategically in the market, growing our pipeline of Scaling Creators, driving upgrades to paid plans, and enabling our sales team to win Star Creators.
