Cloud Application Administrator
The Cloud Application Administrator is responsible for managing systems, applications, and operational procedures. The successful candidate will be assigned to Transact’s QuickCharge application to become an SME for that product. Responsibilities will include timely issue resolution for production interruptions; maintenance of applications through patches or upgrades; assisting the Support group with issue identification and data collection; and reporting of all issues to management and key stakeholders.
