You'll be a key member of our Enterprise support team, resolving complex technical challenges and providing expert guidance to our most valued clients in a fast paced environment. This role will contribute directly to Vimeo’s Sales Assisted Support efforts with focus on troubleshooting and responding to escalated issues, contributing towards insights reporting, and collaborating with teammates to ensure the highest quality support.

You'll be the vital strategic hub for Vimeo's entire Go-to-Market organization and directly influence their growth trajectory by designing and championing standardized frameworks for capacity planning, quota setting, and territory design. You'll standardize critical Go-to-Market metrics and reporting, collaborating closely with our BI teams to deliver crystal-clear, actionable visibility into GTM performance, attainment, productivity, and activity.
