Vimeo is seeking an experienced Sr. Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to join our global collections team working remotely within the U.S. The Collections Specialist will manage their accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices for B2B transactions while maintaining positive relationships with Vimeo customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B collections and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Leverage mastery of your craft to help your product group succeed. Manage and conduct UX research across all aspects of the Vimeo platform, and synthesize research findings into actionable insights for the Vimeo roadmap. You’ll have a direct impact on Vimeo’s business and integrate research findings with behavioral data to offer holistic insights.

Independently review, draft, revise, interpret, and negotiate a broad range of agreements between Vimeo and its sales-assisted customers on a daily basis. You will work across departments and educate stakeholders on policies, procedures, and negotiation playbook. Assist in management and maintenance of Vimeo’s standard terms, templates, and processes with the goal of minimizing friction with customers and mitigating risk for the business.
