  • Own enterprise recruiting strategy, sourcing channels, ATS (Greenhouse) optimization, and candidate experience across nine U.S. sites.
  • Partner with senior leaders and use recruiting metrics to build scalable hiring governance and maintain healthy talent pipelines.
