As a Support Engineer at Zuma, you’ll be a bridge between Zuma's customers, engineering team, and product vision ensuring smooth customer onboarding, reliable integrations, and scalable support operations; you'll solve problems, dive into APIs and databases, and ensure clear documentation and communication while helping property managers succeed with Zuma's AI platform and driving continuous improvements in internal tools and processes.

As a Senior Engineer, you will help define how humans collaborate with intelligent systems in property management, shaping the technical foundation of a platform that is not just supporting human workflows, but executing them autonomously through AI agents. You'll lead system rewrites, architect scalable foundations for the AI platform, and establish technical standards that will shape the engineering culture.
