About the Role:
- Serve as the primary contact for families and care partners, providing education on access and affordability.
- Manage the ForgingBridges support program, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Market Access, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams to align on patient access strategies.
- Travel 40-60% domestically to engage with families, attend advocacy events, and support regional needs.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of biotech/pharma experience with a focus on patient services, market access, or hub operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for rare disease communities.
