Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with HCPs and multidisciplinary care teams to enhance awareness of Rett syndrome treatment options.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to consistently exceed sales goals and call activity targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and patient services, to align strategies and support patient access.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred with 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including specialty or rare disease.
  • Advanced selling and dialogue skills with ability to build lasting relationships with KOLs and centers of excellence.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, proactive attitude.
