Position Summary:
- Lead a team of Neurology-focused UltraCare Liaisons in the Great Lakes region.
- Drive successful launch, commercialization, and growth of Ultragenyx's Neurology portfolio.
- Establish a high-performing team culture aligned with company values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse team of commercial field professionals.
- Lead regional business planning and execution to achieve launch and growth objectives.
- Coach field team members through regular visits and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical or rare disease field leadership experience.
- Experience launching specialized therapies and strong understanding of rare disease patient journeys.
