Role Overview:
- Shape commercial success in rare neuromuscular disease through strategic relationships with healthcare experts and advocates.
- Drive meaningful engagement with key opinion leaders and generate market insights to influence commercial strategies.
- Work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment across commercial, medical, market access, legal, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive thought leader engagement strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key opinion leaders through compliant, value-driven interactions.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate field insights to support brand strategy, product launches, and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience engaging key opinion leaders, preferably in rare disease or specialty therapeutic areas.
- Strong understanding of rare disease commercialization and ability to translate complex scientific information into commercial strategies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $230,000 to $260,000 USD.
- Field-based remote working environment with flexibility within the assigned territory.
