Position Summary:
- Lead a field-based team of Family Support Educators to educate Rett syndrome families on disease state and product.
- Align with key stakeholders across sales, medical, and advocacy to meet objectives.
- Travel up to 70% within the assigned West region.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of strategic initiatives and serve as escalation point for team issues.
- Develop and mentor team members to support individual and team success.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies in all patient interactions.
Required Skills:
- Eight years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or patient support, with three years of leadership.
- Strong understanding of market access, patient services, and rare disease landscape.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
