About the Role:
- You will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the behavioral health product line.
- You will serve as the bridge between behavioral health operations, sales, customer success, and technology teams.
- You will drive business outcomes through best-in-class solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the product backlog, write stories, mitigate risk, and unblock cross-functional teams.
- Synthesize market needs, drive alignment with leadership, and own the product roadmap.
- Engage with customers, enable customer-facing teams, and mentor product management best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience with deep technical acumen.
- Experience writing detailed stories and managing backlog health in Agile.
- Analytical, data-driven, and collaborative approach.
