Role Responsibilities:
- Work on project teams providing technical consulting, independent engineering, and due diligence services for power projects including solar, wind, and battery storage.
- Develop and execute planning studies, business cases, and technical reports for grid operators, utilities, developers, and government agencies.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred) and 10+ years of power industry experience.
- Experience in utility-scale renewable project design, development, construction management, or project finance is essential.
- Excellent communication, report writing, interpersonal, and project leadership skills are critical.
Technology & Innovation:
- Lead and oversee the use of modern tools, automation, and AI to improve engineering workflows, reduce rework, and deliver cost-effective designs.
- Value oversight of engineers using programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB) and additional learning in Computer Science or AI-related fields.
