Role:
- Lead strategy and execution for Upsun's product-led revenue engine.
- Own ARR from self-serve signup through conversion and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Drive PLG programs to hit user acquisition and ARR milestones in Europe and North America.
- Optimize self-serve funnels and PLS handoffs with Sales.
- Use intent data and churn metrics to iterate onboarding and LTV.
Requirements:
- PLG leadership at a developer-focused SaaS or cloud platform.
- Cross-functional execution across Marketing, Product, Engineering.
- Data-driven growth analytics and AI fluency.
