Role Purpose:
- Act as a Principal Programme Test Manager with full accountability for the success of complex testing programmes and managed services.
- Balance delivery, commercial performance, and risk while acting as a trusted testing authority to senior client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead large-scale test programmes, defining enterprise test strategies and driving testing across functional and non-functional workstreams.
- Provide delivery assurance through governance and senior reporting, acting as the escalation point for programme risks and issues.
- Support pre-sales activities, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the commercial success and proposals for programmes.
Required Experience & Capabilities:
- Proven experience leading enterprise or programme-level testing across multiple projects and workstreams in complex client environments.
- Strong consultancy background with demonstrated ability to influence senior and C-level stakeholders and manage profitable delivery.
- Deep understanding of modern SDLCs and delivery models, with retail or eCommerce experience in multi-system environments being highly desirable.
