Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - PMHNP

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and medication management for patients aged 2–26.
• Collaborate with therapists to develop treatment plans addressing the root causes of behavioral challenges.
• Educate parents and caregivers, helping them navigate their child’s mental health journey.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary of $72,500 for a 20-hour/week schedule with additional earning potential up to $175,000+.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program and active PMHNP-BC certification.
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience working with children/adolescents.
• Active license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD, or willingness to obtain licensure with company sponsorship.
• Flexibility to work core after-school hours (after 4 pm ET) and/or weekends.
