- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and medication management for patients aged 2–26.
- Collaborate with therapists to develop treatment plans addressing the root causes of behavioral challenges.
- Educate parents and caregivers, helping them navigate their child’s mental health journey.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary of $72,500 for a 20-hour/week schedule with additional earning potential up to $175,000+.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program and active PMHNP-BC certification.
- At least one year of independent psychiatric experience working with children/adolescents.
- Active license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD, or willingness to obtain licensure with company sponsorship.
- Flexibility to work core after-school hours (after 4 pm ET) and/or weekends.
