• Expeditiously and professionally respond to all communications from internal and external users regarding the compliance system.
• Train internal and external users on compliance system functionality and requirements for engaging consultants, and fulfill ad hoc data requests.
• Manage the Professional Affairs inbox, update invoice statuses, prepare monthly reconciliation reports, and assist in developing new processes for continuous improvement.
