Key Responsibilities:

  • Train internal and external users on compliance system functionality and Enovis requirements.
  • Manage the Professional Affairs inbox and fulfill ad hoc data requests from stakeholders.
  • Update invoice statuses and prepare monthly reconciliation reports for timely completion.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent organization skills with intense attention to detail and professional communication abilities.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and intermediate to expert level MS Office experience.
  • Demonstrated process development and implementation skills are essential.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience in the Medical Device industry and compliance is highly desirable.
  • Previous leadership role experience and an associate degree are preferred.
  • Full-time work authorization in the United States is required without future sponsorship.
