Key Responsibilities:
- Train internal and external users on compliance system functionality and Enovis requirements.
- Manage the Professional Affairs inbox and fulfill ad hoc data requests from stakeholders.
- Update invoice statuses and prepare monthly reconciliation reports for timely completion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent organization skills with intense attention to detail and professional communication abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and intermediate to expert level MS Office experience.
- Demonstrated process development and implementation skills are essential.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience in the Medical Device industry and compliance is highly desirable.
- Previous leadership role experience and an associate degree are preferred.
- Full-time work authorization in the United States is required without future sponsorship.
