Responsibilities:
- Creates client service program operational process flows.
- Collaborates with client stakeholders to draft client service program business rules.
- Analyzes workflows to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, consulting or process improvement experience.
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Travel & Availability:
- 0-20% travel
