Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic partnership for Sales & Marketing: Diagnose org health and propose data-driven interventions, support organizational design aligned to GTM priorities, and act as a thought partner on culture and leadership effectiveness.
- Talent, performance & growth: Coach Sales & Marketing leaders to build high-performing teams with strong succession pipelines, partner with Talent Acquisition on senior hiring and role design, and use performance data to identify capability gaps.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Navigate sales performance management for quota-carrying roles, ensuring fair and timely processes.
- Partner with Sales Compensation teams to interpret and operationalize sales compensation plans for leadership decisions.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment legislation across teams and regions.
Transformation & Culture:
- Lead people-related transformation in GTM, such as reorganizations and adoption of AI tools and workflows.
- Partner with People CoEs and GTM Operations to roll out global programs adapted for the AI transformation context.
- Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture, helping teams experiment with AI while maintaining clarity and trust.
