The 'Multilingual Data Entry Coordinator' role is aligned to the International side of Advertising Intelligence. This is an entry level role based in Poland and employees can work remotely only within Poland. This role requires Fluent English and German language skills ( Any additional European language knowledge would be plus). Tasks include: Identifying relevant advertising from the source language (state language) from a variety of media, including Television, Radio, Press and Digital platforms. Monitoring adverts for content, identifying and cataloguing key details from source language into English, for clients to use to improve their own media campaigns and monitor competitor activity. Assisting with translation of adverts from source language to English, on request. Ability to assist with other languages with similar properties (best endeavour basis). Assisting with Scanning of publications and downloading of PDF’s, on request. Assisting with Data-Loading of incoming work or Mapping of local products to global products using Portfolio taxonomy on request. Working on client driven requests such as rework of TV versioning data, on request. Working as part of a team to ensure all departmental deadlines are met. Work to reach and exceed agreed targets for both productivity and quality to enable the team to meet all SLA agreements. Providing cover within the departments or other areas of the business as required. Liaise with other departments within the company to ensure quality and consistency is maintained. Make proper use of company systems. Any other reasonable tasks required by the company at any given time.
