This entry-level role, aligned to the International side of Advertising Intelligence, requires fluent English and German language skills, with additional European language knowledge being a plus. Tasks include identifying relevant advertising from various media, monitoring adverts for content, assisting with translation, scanning publications, and ensuring deadlines are met. The role involves working as part of a team to meet SLA agreements, providing cover within departments, and liaising with other departments.

Validate incoming change requests, work in various ticketing systems, monitor functional mailboxes. Collaborate with Change Management, technical support units, and other parties. Facilitate meetings with the escalation team and clients. Take responsibility for the successful planning, execution, and completion of changes; monitor processes and make improvement suggestions; participate in internal and client projects.
