This remote role based in Romania supports our business in Romania. The Technical Support Engineer will need a minimum of 4 years of experience in application support, excellent English communication skills, and good knowledge of database manipulation (MSSQL/T-SQL scripts/queries) and IIS troubleshooting. You'll solve customer issues within service level agreements and escalate blocking issues in a timely manner.
Very good knowledge is needed in SDLC and STLC processes. You'll work within the ITIL framework to assist in day-to-day BAU Operations, and with cross-functional teams across geographies, needing customer focus and attention to detail. Experience in Release Management & Coordination is good to have.
