This role will lead and develop members of the Business Operations team to deliver on key operational initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Operations, you will help drive strategy, including determining and uncovering opportunities for improvement, and then develop effective and scalable operational processes to ensure a world-class experience for both patients & providers. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional.
You will own daily operational performance across multiple health verticals, ensuring KPIs are consistently met. Partner with Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, and Care Operations to eliminate bottlenecks, streamline processes, and elevate the patient and provider experiences. You will drive projects from problem definition to execution, developing hypotheses, analyzing data, and implementing scalable solutions.
