Responsibilities:

  • Define and instrument the core 'aha' moment to shorten time-to-first value and improve activation.
  • Identify friction points in onboarding and core workflows, running structured experiments to address them.
  • Analyze user cohorts and behavioral segments to diagnose churn and improve retention curves.

Ownership Areas:

  • Own key growth domains including activation rate, retention curves, and in-product invite loops.
  • Model customer lifetime value and help set customer acquisition cost guardrails.
  • Build a scalable growth engine and roadmap based on data-driven constraints.

Team & Collaboration:

  • Work directly with Design and Engineering teams to ship product improvements weekly.
  • Influence and champion product decisions, setting processes from the ground up as the first growth hire.
  • Grow into building a team as the company scales, focusing on scalable, product-led growth.
