Customer Success Manager, Public Sector & Defence

This role is about owning the success, adoption, and growth of Cohere's Canadian public sector and defence customers, ensuring they realize maximum value from our AI solutions. This includes building deep, trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders, developing comprehensive success plans, and serving as the executive sponsor for your accounts. You will guide customers through the full lifecycle of AI adoption, lead secure AI implementation projects, and navigate the unique challenges of public sector AI adoption. You will also ensure all implementations meet Canadian government security protocols, manage privacy and compliance requirements, and develop risk mitigation strategies. You will also serve as the voice of public sector and defence customers within Cohere, provide strategic feedback to product teams, and contribute to the development of public sector-specific offerings.
