Job Description
This role gives you the chance to rewrite the playbook for B2B customer advocacy and community to meet the needs of modern software buyers. You’ll work cross-functionally to elevate the voices of industry leaders, customers, and internal experts—translating those stories into measurable business outcomes. You’ll be responsible for developing repeatable systems that activate advocates, generate social proof, and deepen customer connection, using data to analyze performance, optimize programs, and report impact across marketing, sales, and product.
Primary responsibilities include developing powerful customer stories, building a high-impact advocacy program, owning community strategy, and driving review and referral strategy.
