Job Description
Provide exceptional technical hands-on support and implementation throughout the onboarding phase of the Tealium CDH. Facilitate excellent customer experience by executing on our customer’s initial configuration of their Tealium products to integrate into their marketing tech stack and achieve their business objectives. Empower customers to utilize and realize value from our products. Support the sales team by validating scopes of work for feasibility and level of effort. Communicate professionally via project management system, email and remote meetings. Effectively troubleshoot and analyze complex issues related to JavaScript Tags, APIs, Data Discrepancies, and general front-end code languages, identify possible solutions, and present recommendations & best practices.
