Real Estate Counsel

The Real Estate Counsel will manage a pipeline of deals across the United States, facilitating dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team. Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting documents for commercial real estate transactions, such as letters of intent, option agreements, purchase and sale agreements, easement and assignment agreements, lease agreements, and non-disturbance agreements. Among other things, the candidate will coordinate and conduct due diligence activities, including title, environmental, and lease reviews. They will also underwrite transactions and prepare recommendations to senior executives, as well as prepare and review legal descriptions.
