Working remotely, you will provide legal counsel for our various commercial real estate services business lines across the U.S., with a focus on brokerage services. You will be responsible for contract negotiation, review and drafting, risk management and general legal advice and will develop positive and collaborative relationships with employees across the organization.

Support the Real Estate Legal and other project teams on multiple utility scale renewable energy and/or data center projects in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. Provide direct support to the Real Estate Legal, Development, and other teams, as requested.
