Transaction & Contracts Manager

Assist on contract due diligence and execution for data center acquisitions, leases, and strategic partnerships. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, LOIs, Purchase Agreements). Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure audit readiness, renewal tracking, and compliance with internal policies. Standardize templates and workflows to streamline contract lifecycle management. Manage the intake, validation, and execution of client service orders and contract amendments. Streamline service order workflows to ensure timely provisioning, billing accuracy, and SLA adherence. Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to align service delivery with contractual commitments. Support onboarding and integration of new data center assets into the operational portfolio. Act as a liaison between legal, finance, engineering, operations, compliance, and executive leadership.
