The Sales & Marketing Program Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for capturing inbound requests from sales, including presentation development, asset locations, swag requests, and content location. The coordinator then coordinates deliverables across the marketing team, tracking timelines, setting clear expectations, and ensuring regular updates to sales stakeholders.
The role takes the lead on sales-facing content delivery, specifically PowerPoint presentations, ensuring all materials are tailored, visually consistent, and brand-aligned. It maintains and organizes the SharePoint instance to keep assets easily accessible and up to date.
Responsibilities include managing sales-related marketing requests, developing and refining sales presentations, and overseeing the structure and updates within the SharePoint instance. Furthermore, the role needs three years of experience as a marketing or sales coordinator, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of marketing and social media.
