The Team:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client assistance with REST, WebSocket, and FIX APIs.
  • Handle inquiries from a diverse client base implementing projects from mobile apps to trading bots.
  • Collaborate with retail, VIP, and institutional clients to deliver excellent customer experiences.

The Opportunity:

  • Diagnose and resolve API-related issues and provide integration advice and code examples.
  • Manage internal and client-facing API documentation, support content, and training resources.
  • Perform API engineering tasks such as onboarding, firewall management, and network configuration.

Skills You Should HODL:

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language like Python, JavaScript, or C++.
  • Understanding of REST, WebSocket, and FIX API functionality and data formats like JSON and XML.
  • Experience with host and network management, including AWS instances and firewall configuration.
