About the role:
- Own and govern InPost Group's technology portfolio of 30+ programmes across multiple markets.
- Work at portfolio level, tracking dependencies, risks and progress.
What you will do:
- Maintain consolidated view with RAG status, budget, timelines and outcomes.
- Run Weekly Business Review, prepare CTO/GLT briefings, and define delivery frameworks.
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years in technical programme/portfolio management, with senior TPM experience.
- Strong skills in Jira, Confluence, Agile/SAFe/Waterfall/Kanban, SQL.
