The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role will lead the recruitment function, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, foster strong relationships with hiring managers, and build a scalable recruiting process aligned with the companyβs growth goals and culture. Additionally, this role will oversee compensation analysis for new hires to ensure offers are competitive, equitable, and aligned with internal pay structures.
