VP, Adoption

We are seeking a VP, Adoption to lead our post-sales organization and drive operational excellence in delivering complex technical implementations involving transitions from traditional CAD tools to Higharc. This role requires someone who can build scalable systems, build and run a pro services P&L, and establish world-class implementation methodologies while maintaining the speed and agility required in our fast-paced startup environment. You will build a world-class professional services business inside Higharc with scalable systems and methodologies that account for the unique challenges of construction industry technology adoption, overseeing enterprise-grade implementations. The VP of Adoption will also collaborate closely with product managers to represent the voice of the customer in product strategy and development, ensuring user needs are translated into feature requirements that drive customer success.
