• You will collaborate with individuals across the world, using your relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence to foster trust and drive accountability.

What You'll Do:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with engineers across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Lead effective one-on-one and team meetings, balancing facilitation with real-time note-taking and follow-up actions.
• Drive the full performance management cycle, including development planning, tracking objectives, and conducting appraisals.
