Leadership and Team Management:

Associate Support and Management:

• Ensure accurate capture of associate information.
• Collaborate to resolve client, collaborator, performance, and conflict-related issues.
• Build trusted relationships with associates and provide impartial support.

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Gather client feedback to support associate performance management.
• Facilitate conflict resolution between associates and clients.

Communication and Community:

• Manage communication flow to staffed associates.
• Leverage associate relationships to encourage collaboration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement systems and processes.
